Human Resources Policy

The Human Resources Policy adopts a participatory and value-creating Human Resources Management approach within the framework of our vision, mission, competencies and ethical values, and the principles of change and transformation.

Creating Awareness: It aims to create awareness among all employees by offering a fair, transparent, efficient, healthy, and development-oriented working environment that supports gender equality under the Corporate Equality Policy.

Equality and Inclusion: Starting from the recruitment process, all practices such as training, promotion, performance management, career management and compensation are conducted under the principles of equality and inclusion, opposing any discriminatory factors based on gender, age, marital status, religion, language, ethnicity, pregnancy status or possibility and rejecting all attitudes and behaviors that could undermine human dignity, such as corporal punishment, physical/psychological pressure, insult and mistreatment.

Social Responsibility: In compliance with laws, regulations and legislations, it acts with social responsibility to avoid employing persons under 18 years of age and/or child labor.

Working Hours: It ensures not to exceed the working hours prescribed by legal regulations, except for extraordinary short-term business conditions.

Supporting Women: It supports the placement of women employees in decision-making positions at middle and upper management levels and encourages their return to work after childbirth.

Zero Tolerance Policy: A "Zero Tolerance Policy" is adopted against violence, domestic violence and/or sexual harassment in the workplace among employees, between employees and stakeholders and/or among stakeholders themselves, with all related sanctions applied in potential cases.

Appropriate Working Environment Commitment: It undertakes to monitor and ensure that employees work in an environment that complies with labor laws and the Social Compliance Policy, and to evaluate all relevant requests and complaints.
